2019 ADFA One Act Theatre Festival

In 2019, Theatre; Just Because celebrated our fifth season! In honour of this milestone, we decided to submit a production for the Alberta Drama Festival Association (ADFA) North Region One-Act Theatre Festival, as it was at the 2014 ADFA Festival Theatre; Just Because produced its very first play. After putting out a call for a Community Director, we were overwhelmed by the response, and with the high quality of submissions! This led us to produce not just one, but two, productions for the Festival.

What Time Does the 3 O’clock Parade Start?

This show was developed through our New Play Development Series, and we were incredibly proud to be a part of its journey from idea to finished production.
